1. Introduction
Vivo TukTuks® offers sightseeing tours in Mexico City aboard tuk-tuk style vehicles, providing a safe, comfortable, fun, and immersive experience. By booking and using our services, the client accepts the following policies and terms of use.

2. Reservations and Payments

  • Reservations can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or authorized agencies.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of booking. Cash payments to the driver are not accepted.

  • Vivo TukTuks® reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to non-compliance with these policies or for security reasons.

3. Safety and Usage Rules

  • Vehicle Capacity: Maximum 2 passengers per tuk-tuk. Overcrowding is not permitted.

  • Minimum Age: 12 years and older (minors must be accompanied by an adult).

  • Monitoring: All tuk-tuks are equipped with GPS and security cameras.

  • Seat Belts: Mandatory use of seat belts during the entire journey.

  • Traffic Regulations: Respect for CDMX traffic regulations is mandatory.

  • Prohibited: Smoking, consuming alcohol, or using illicit substances during the tour.

4. Responsibility and Limitations

  • Vivo TukTuks® is not responsible for the quality of food or drinks at establishments suggested or included in the tours.

  • The service is exclusive to the contracted routes; deviations outside the agreed itinerary are not allowed.

  • In the event of heavy rain, road blockages, or causes of force majeure, the tour may be rescheduled or modified for safety reasons.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations requested at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • If the passenger decides to end the tour early, no refunds (neither partial nor total) will be issued.

6. Damages, Cleaning, and Forgotten Items

  • Damages: The passenger will cover the total cost of any damage caused to the vehicle.

  • Cleaning: If the vehicle is soiled excessively (liquids, vomit, etc.), an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

  • Lost Items: Vivo TukTuks® is not responsible for forgotten belongings. If an item is recovered, the passenger must coordinate its delivery and cover shipping costs.

7. Legal Responsibility

  • The service is offered “as is” and “subject to availability.” We do not guarantee availability at all times.

  • Vivo TukTuks® is not responsible for delays, accidents, or unforeseen events outside of its direct control.

  • Users agree to indemnify Vivo TukTuks® against any claim arising from the improper use of the service.

8. Legislation and Dispute Resolution

  • Any conflict will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Mexico City.

  • Both parties agree to attempt mediation before proceeding with legal actions.

9. Communications and Notifications

  • Vivo TukTuks® may send service updates via email or text message.

  • The user may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
